Ladies! Come and join Yoga for Women expert, Susanne Haegele, and enjoy 2 hours of moving, breathing and relaxing with a special focus on the needs of the female body in an urban environment.

Susanne looks forward to sharing with you these simple, playful and yet powerful sequences and techniques in a women’s circle.
They are easy to do and yet deeply nourishing, and you will discover many practical tips for you to take home and integrate easily into your daily life. This is a different approach to yoga and can be interesting both for experienced yoginis and women of all ages with no current yoga practice.
