Every body is welcome at this practice, although some experience with yoga is recommended. If you’re a recent beginner, come ready for a challenging class, and simply be open to being exactly where you are.
Sheila’s workshops are always small which means she gets to know you; your name, injuries, tweaky bits and goals.
