Being raised in the family of two allopathic doctors, her mother and farther, and suffering from bronchial asthma all her childhood with treatments in allopathic hospitals, triggered Zane’s interest to more holistic healing systems. After discovering first books on Jnyaana Yoga at early teenage years, Zane’s interest to seek more profound knowledge of Yoga and Ayurveda continued. Zane met her Guru Shiva Vaakya Sidha Baba in 1994 and studied all aspects of Vedic sciences, including Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Vedic architecture, numerology and astrology in Sanaathana Dharma or eternal science tradition, at her home town Riga, Latvia. It was crucial moment in Zane’s life which lead Zane to find her life’s devotion to share the light of Vedic Sciences with everyone on her path.
Zane is experienced Ayurvedic practitioner and she specialises in treating musculoskeletal – especially Low Back pain and arthritic conditions, metabolic and women’s health conditions. Her niche speciality is traditional Ayurvedic preparation for conception for couples, pregnancy support and postpartum Ayurvedic Mother, Baby and family care. Zane holds honourable BSc degree in both Ayurvedic medicine and Physiotherapy. In addition to her clinical internship in one of the leading teaching hospitals of Ayurveda in Belgaum, Shahapur, she is qualified in all Ayurvedic body treatments including anti ageing Ayurvedic purification (pancha karma), Ayurvedic doula and Ayurvedic product formulation. Zane also studied Western Herbalism with Anne McIntyre, renowned Western Medical Herbalist and Ayurvedic practitioner and ever since integrates Western Herbs in her Ayurvedic practice.
Zane devotes her life to share the light of Vedic Sciences to her growing audience to the betterment of their own Health and Wellness, with reference to disease prevention, in this modern era. Zane gives talks on Ayurveda and wellness at hospitals, holistic shows in London and participates in International Conferences across the globe.
