1. What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive gentle therapy based on the subtle pressure on skull bones and assists the membranous system throughout the body and improves the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. The restrictions in our bodies can be caused by emotional and physical traumas from the time we were in our mother’s womb, a difficult birth, to an accumulation of stress, physical and emotional traumas and accidents throughout our lives.
