Patricia has been living in London since 2007 when she was working in the Financial Sector in the City of London. In 2010 she left her corporate job due to redundancy and an emotional burnout. Through this traumatic time, Patricia found resilience, emotional stability and better health through Yoga. Perhaps more importantly she learned how to positively impact her life by adding more relaxation, a balanced lifestyle and self-care. She trained in Ayurveda, Thai Massage and different disciplines of Yoga. Today, Patricia brings her personal experience and practitioner expertise to help her clients transform their lives as without a relaxed body and mind and a good night’s rest, nothing works right!
After a session with Patricia, clients have previously felt immediately more relaxed, aches were gone and they slept better. After a few sessions and with progressively less pain, they were more relaxed and slept better, were more productive at work while they also had more energy for family and friends. Her clients appreciate the deep and individual approach of her treatments, her warm and precise hands-on approach and the added value through recommendations and self-care tips she shares.
Yoga Styles: Patricia is certified in are Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy for Insomnia.
Massage Therapies: Patricia is certified in are Thai Yoga Massage, Indian Neck & Head Massage as well as Holistic Massage (full body oil massage).
Patricia practices out of the Light Centre in Monument.
