Meditate & Mingle: London’s Best Group Meditation Event

In 2017 we started something special. A conscious, safe space for Londoners to come together to meditate and meet like-minded people… We called it ‘Meditate & Mingle’. We loved the experience and have been dreaming of doing it again ever since. We met so many wonderful people, who loved the community that we created. A sanctuary in the heart of the City – for people to come together. To meditate.

So, Scott Robinson & Susanne Haegele are pleased to announce the re-launch of ‘Meditate & Mingle’, at the wonderful conscious yoga and meditation venue, Space 88, at Baker St, Central London on the 12th February at 6.30PM.

We start with a gentle breathing-based meditation, and continue with a cup of herbal tea and light snacks. All are welcome, no matter whether you are a complete beginner or experienced meditator.

Come and leave your busy day behind, feel refreshed and connected to yourself again as well as meeting a really nice bunch of welcoming people. We believe in the power of meditation – to connect amongst each in a sub-conscious way. It is also an opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. In a big lonely city like London, this is unique. We welcome all people, no matter what their background in meditation. Our method is safe, accessible and effective. In addition, the power of meditating in a group means that energetically, the practice may be more effective for some.

This event is limited to 15 participants and tickets are available only in advance. Meditate & Mingle is sure to sell out so early purchase highly recommended to avoid disappointment. We would really love to see old faces and make new friends at this event!
