We believe in the power of meditation – to connect amongst each in a sub-conscious way. It is also an opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. We welcome all people, no matter what their background in meditation. Our method is safe, accessible and effective. In addition, the power of meditating in a group means that energetically, the practice may be more effective for some.

For the April edition of Meditate & Mingle, we welcome Susanne Haegele from Yoga-In-Action back from her 7 week trip to Mallorca. Susanne is excited to be back at Meditate & Mingle and hosting you for the evening.
