Canary Wharf Yoga

When: Every Friday morning, 8 – 9 AM.

How much: £10 per class, £90 for 10 classes, £170 for 20 classes

A flowing, vinyasa yoga practice that is designed to energise as well as relax. This yoga class is designed for those who work in Canary Wharf and are looking to rejuvenate and refresh after a long week at work.

As a fellow financial professional, I know exactly what its like to feel stress and pressure. My classes are designed with you in mind, as well as the working mothers out there who are desperate for that special time for themselves!

We start with a flowing vinyasa style of yoga, working through various vinyasa kramas to some more interesting and challenging yoga poses, working on your balance, strength and mobility. My classes are breath-led but also anatomically precise, cueing to focus on particular body movements.

As we reach the peak of the practice, we start to cool things down, working through a number of seated and lying down postures until our final relaxation (savasana), which is never rushed!

My aim is for you to walk out of the class feeling ready to start your working day and for the weekend ahead.
