This course is especially designed for those who have completed my ‘Yoga for Beginners’ course and wish to consolidate their practice.

Or, perhaps it’s been a while since you last practised and you wish to refresh your yoga practice?

On this course, we’ll revise everything we did on the beginners course. In addition, you’ll:

  • Explore the essentials of balance and twists.
  • go deeper into backbends
  • learn to find more room in your hips.

The course will take place online through ZOOM, in the comfort of your own living space.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the course cost?

The course costs just £50, which is an excellent investment, given the skills you will learn for a life time of yoga practice.

What happens if I miss a class?

No problems. You will receive a recording of the class the next day (one of the benefits of practising online!). Also, the course is progressive and builds upon previous lessons. I work on the basis that learning involves repetition, so there will be opportunity to revise what was covered in previous classes.

I’ve never practised yoga online before, do you have any suggestions?

There are many benefits of practising yoga online, including convenience and the comfort of practising in your own space. For some tips on practising yoga online, you can read more here.

Will I receive feedback on my posture?

Yes, if the camera is set up in a way that allows me to see you, I will give appropriate feedback where I feel appropriate. That said, I subscribe to a functional approach to yoga which means I take into account your own unique signature shape before giving adjustments. In other words, I encourage people to sense and feel, as opposed to adopting a posture by way it should look (ie aesthetically).
